This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like 24-hour reception, restaurant, and free wi-fi. The staff once helped me explore the town. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back for Christmas!

Really enjoyed this very nice stay for suggestions regarding my stay. Everything was perfect, so were nice views over town.

The service offered was very good.

Decent breakfast handled well with a member of staff serving from behind protective screens. The junior suite provided good views over the surrounding countryside.

The Wi-Fi connection was like it time-traveled from the early 2000s-slow and spotty.

Modern and functional hotel in a pretty quiet area adjacent to 2 trams can be taken and the wilhelmshohe palace and park and restaurant on site. The rooms with excellent views. Convenient and stunning location, just walking distance from everywhere...

the location of the hotel was beautiful and incredible, in the city center. cafe cafe hahn located 1 km away was a nice surprise. i have stayed in comfort double room with a wonderful view over kassel, a/c, comfortable beds for 2 nights.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was delighted with the extensive breakfast buffet, with options. Plus, the location right near the tram line made exploring the city effortless.

No air conditioning in the room.

The hotel's decor is so outdated, as if time stopped a decade ago, and to top it off, the staff didn't even offer me a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. And let's not even mention the bathtub-good luck getting in without a stepladder. Almost gave a good review, but not now!

size of the room. they're a bit old and carpet is very dirty. hotel needs a renovation. furniture is worn out and corridors are a bit dirty. general condition is very normal and worn out. It is not a modern hotel. Although it is not close to the centre, you can take the tram. It is close to the hotel. Parking is expensive and you can park for free in the area.

I indicated if they could surprise my husband and son for their birthday upon arrival. They contacted me by email as if to imply that there would be no problem. They asked me if they were even allergic to anything, we arrived and they didn't have the detail. There are no pastries at breakfast either. only bread and kids like to eat something sweet. chain had to improve the continental breakfast they give and add them. sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable, you can see the springs. They should improve them. On the other hand, ones at the H 4 Hannover Messe hotel were great. coffee wasn't too bad. I didn't really like Kassel, it's not the prettiest destination on the fairytale route, fountains in the most important park in Hercules are all in a state of repair and without water, city had no attractions and everything is under construction.

A good, business hotel with good facilities and a nice location.

The hotel is pet-friendly and provides excellent dog food. The spacious room, coupled with wonderful friendly service and a awesome breakfast.

Internet was very expensive, parking can be for Free as well, just ask the receptionist !!

Not having wireless Internet was disappointing, and it was a tram ride from the centre of town, but the room was food, the fitness room and sauna were very good, though everyone went into the sauna naked, which felt uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts, and breakfast staff were great.
